Refund policy

Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy with Cobalt! Simply enter your order information here https://cobaltstreet.com/pages/return-and-exchange or email us your order number at team@cobaltstreet.com and we will send you a prepaid return label with no questions asked!  

You have 30 days from the package delivery to make your return. To be eligible for a free return, you must drop off the item at the post office (or UPS) within 30 days of the delivery date using the prepaid shipping label retrieved from https://cobaltstreet.com/pages/return-and-exchange. We will process the return & exchange within 10-14 business days of the return package arrival. If the item is sent outside of this time frame, a restocking fee may be applied. We offer free returns & exchanges for all US domestic orders.

Return labels are available only for US domestic orders. They aren't available for US military addresses, US territories, or international addresses.

Refunds
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only receive a partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refunds.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, feel free to check with us if the refund went through on our side. Then check your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If nothing helps, please contact us again.
